Super beautiful, luxurious and well-kept apartment. Very hygienic and fully equipped. Top metro location 'Daumesnil 6 en 8'. Pleasant and welcoming. Private parking in the parking lot under the living room. Great!

The apartment is located in a very well maintained and new house on Place Félix Eboué, access to the house is via an electronic key, the apartment via a conventional security key.

Handover of keys and instructions in the apartment were easy, and the spacious, bright underground parking lot directly beneath the house is invaluable for arrivals by car.

The apartment itself is equipped with a Queen bed that can be unfolded to the wall, which is very stable and its mattress is very good, you don't feel the softness in any way.

We did not unfold the bed and did not use the sofa that followed, next to it there is only a small upholstered bench (with towels in it) as seating, but staying in the accommodation is not the purpose of a trip to Paris.

If you wish, you can use the fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove and oven, this was not relevant for us.

Luxurious room with every comfort in the heart of the city. Subway 20 meters from the door. Ample underground parking. Supermarket, brasserie and restaurants just a few dozen meters away. Room very clean and equipped with every comfort. Helpful and friendly staff, who deserve our congratulations!

Very central location, right next to the metro. Helpful bulbs & friendly managers, welcomed us personally to the apartment & lamp; they were very obliging with some of our requests. Well-equipped kitchen. Good security in the building.
